Telephone Calls
Please feel free to call our office with questions at 847-483-9800. Our Medical Assistants may be able to answer many of your questions. If you need to talk to your physician and he is not immediately available, he will call you back as soon as possible. Routine calls will generally be returned within 24 hours.

Emergencies
In case of a life-threatening emergency, it is best to go to the nearest emergency room or call 911. However, if you need to speak with your surgeon regarding a question or concern, a surgeon is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 847-483-9800. After hours, the on-call surgeon will be notified and will return your call as soon as possible.
